If you have questions about stock availability, or if you are placing a RUSH order, please note your questions or concerns in the Customer Comments Section of our order form.

Orders are sent out ASAP, depending on stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will hold the order for 14 days, to enable us to ship your order complete. If, after 14 days, an item is still not in, we will contact you via e-mail for a shipping decision. A refund will be enclosed for cancelled items.

NEW CUSTOMERS: All new customers' orders will be held for 14 days, to allow personal checks to clear the banks. If you pay by money order or charge your order, the order will not be held. Once you are an “Established Customer”, paying by personal check, your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

ALL CUSTOMERS: If “for some reason” your credit card is DECLINED, we will notify you. Please write legibly, & recheck your numbers. Thanks!

Full payment, including shipping, is required for your order to be processed. We ship via the US Postal Service. Shipping charges are on the order forms. Applicable sales taxes will be applied.

**We cannot be responsible for packages lost during shipping. The US Postal Service will no longer trace First Class packages lost in the mail, unless they are certified or insured. We have added some additional shipping options for customers with concerns about the shipment of their orders. We will ship US Postal Service Insured with an additional fee as follows:

Up to 5.00 is 2.25
5.01 - 30.00 is 4.75
30.01 - 70.00 is 6.50
70.01 - 120.00 is 8.25
121.00 & up is 9.75

We will also certify any package via US Postal Service for an additional $3.50 fee.

We can also send your package via UPS for an additional $5.00 fee. These packages are automatically insured up to $100. Additional insurance will increase the cost of this service.

ALL packages requiring extra shipping options will be shipped on Fridays.

Foreign countries (not with APO's or FPO's), will be mailed via the customer's preference, customers will pay applicable postage charges, plus $1.25 handling fee per pkg. We assume you want Airmail, unless otherwise notified.

If, for any reason, you misfigure your total, or if an item is "Sale-priced", or discontinued, a refund slip will be included w/your order. Amounts under $2.50, will receive a refund slip; amounts $2.50 & up will receive a credit check. Refund slips will be accepted with future orders, or cash the checks at your convenience. Our checks are valid for 90 days, ONLY. We reserve the right to eliminate an ordered item, so the money sent will cover your order.

REFUND POLICY: NO books, NO fabrics, NO Special Orders & NO threads can be returned. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any returned goods that have not been authorized by Just Needlin'. If an item must be returned, we charge a 15% restocking charge to the amount of the goods, and freight will not be reimbursed. Return problems need to be addressed within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

DAMAGED GOODS: must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. No returns for credit or replacement will be accepted w/o prior authorization from Just Needlin'. Please be sure to include your phone number, the best time to call, or e-mail address & the problem w/the order.

VISA and MASTER CARD: accepted for payment on any order. Please be sure to include the full card number, expiration date, and name as shown on your card. Your credit card receipt will be included with your regular receipt in your package. Absolutely NO credit card information will be inside your package. We will mechanically shred ALL CC information before disposing of it.
